About the Role

Navitas Skilled Futures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. As a SEE Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and sub-programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and shaping clients' first impression of Navitas Skilled Futures.
  • Actively promote and market Navitas Skilled Futures programs and services, and assist with organizing and promoting site events.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, escalate feedback and complaints, and provide support with program, site, and employment information.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including timely responses to stakeholders, systems data maintenance, and projects and operational improvements.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, including data entry, management of client documents, invoicing, and escalating issues promptly.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality reporting support by maintaining accurate records and ensuring secure storage of client information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • SOURCE, ANALYZE, AND VALIDATE DATA, AS REQUIRED.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within an education environment.
  • Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders in a multicultural learning environment.
  • Advanced computer application skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
