Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Education and Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education and training programs, ensuring that our staff have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in education and training, as well as significant clinical experience in acute and neurological nursing. They will also possess expertise in mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy, as well as knowledge of current Australian health systems and key governing and legislative requirements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and facilitating structured training programs that meet the governing standards mandated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission.
  • Providing professional support and development of a clinical nature to the specialist services nursing workforce.
