Customer Service Champion

As an Enrolment Advisor at Curtin University, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless student experience.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage and maintain student enrolments, as well as assist with curriculum structures within our cutting-edge systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service with a customer-first mentality;
- Manage and resolve student enquiries within agreed turnaround times;
- Update and maintain student and curriculum records accurately and confidentially;
- Assist students with enrolment issues and offer effective solutions to support them throughout their enrolment journey.
