Truck Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Driver/Yard Operator at our busy Truck Rental Branch.

About the Role:

  • Cleaning and detailing of trucks and vehicles is essential in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operating forklifts is a key responsibility, requiring a high level of skill and concentration.
  • Loading vehicles must be done efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assisting with yard operations involves working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Preparing vehicles for rental requires attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Performing basic truck maintenance is crucial in preventing mechanical issues and extending the lifespan of our vehicles.
  • Driving trucks is an essential aspect of this role, requiring a valid driver's license and a commitment to road safety.

Requirements:

  • Valid C Class drivers licence (HR licence or above will be looked at favourably)
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Smeaton Grange, NSW
