Senior Employment Coach Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Coach to join our team and play a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities into meaningful employment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering career advancement and making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with complex barriers, helping them achieve their employment goals.
  • To work closely with the Employment Service Area Manager to guide service delivery, support new and existing staff, and drive outcomes that change lives.
  • To mentor and guide others, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a strong track record of supporting people with disability into meaningful employment.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with complex barriers, and the ability to deliver tailored support.
  • Natural leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding others.
