We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a systems approach to healthcare delivery across the health unit.
- Lead the health unit's accreditation and performance against standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the Garrison Health Operations Audit Framework, including self-assessments and clinical audit schedules.
- Provide training and direct assistance in clinical quality improvement methodology to personnel in the health unit.
- Action clinical improvement tasks and provide required reports to the Regional Clinical Governance Working Group.
- Undertake tasks associated with the resolution of complaints, clinical reviews/investigations, and clinical incidents.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum 5 years full-time equivalent experience as an AHPRA registered health practitioner.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- The ability to hold and maintain a baseline security clearance.
