About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Myer. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our marketing plan, executing end-to-end marketing programs across various business departments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including project management and portfolio marketing plans.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, beauty suppliers, and media partners.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are customer-centric.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing tasks in line with the overall Myer Marketing plan and business goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing or Media) or background in beauty, highly advantageous.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills to advise key stakeholders on recommended changes.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing concepts and project management, previous retail/marketing experience a bonus.
  • Media experience and ability to work with multiple key stakeholders at any one time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines, make recommendations to improve campaigns and work autonomously to a high standard.
  • Willingness to explore new possibilities and upskill, where required.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude.
