We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team at KAPiTAL Consulting. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions for financial markets trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance software solutions for HFT and low-latency systems
  • Develop and maintain algorithms for automated trading strategies, focusing on efficiency and low latency
  • Optimize code and infrastructure to achieve maximum performance in high frequency trading environments
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of our trading systems
Requirements
  • Experience in software development within a high-frequency trading environment, with exposure to exchange connectivity, high-performance trading, and real-time low latency
  • Expertise in C++ with recent experience
  • Knowledge of electronic trading protocols and exchanges
  • Familiarity with smart order router (SOR), market data, order execution, and market connectivity FIX
  • Experience with algorithmic trading strategies and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
