Software Engineer - C/C++ and Objective C

Balance Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer - C/C++ and Objective C to join its Device Intelligence Team in a 12-month contract in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, gathering, and sending data from an SDK that customers build into their apps using C, Objective-C, or Java. A strong understanding of systems-level programming aspects such as memory issues, concurrency, and performance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and gather data from SDKs
  • Develop and maintain software applications
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
  • Participate in code reviews and unit testing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in C/C++ and Objective-C
  • 10+ years of experience in Java or C/C++
  • Experience with Gradle, CMAKE, Android NDK, XCode, and Android Studio
  • Strong understanding of systems-level programming
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
