Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform detailed site inspections and property assessments to gather essential information.

  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies based on property type and client needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through ongoing education and training.
  • Build strong relationships with clients as their trusted valuation advisor.

  • Contribute to a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
  • RPV or CPV qualification is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of residential property valuation principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with adaptability to learn proprietary systems.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for regular site visits.
