The Role:

  • We monitor sales and inventory levels to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage stock replenishment and optimize storage capacity
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team to excel in customer service and food preparation
  • Coordinate daily operations, set goals, and delegate tasks effectively
  • Create schedules and review time-off requests
  • Drive social media marketing initiatives and content creation

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • At least one year's experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A proven track record of leading and motivating teams
