Job Overview
This role involves supporting the leadership team in our flagship Paddington showroom. As the 2IC, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and maintaining the highest standards of showroom presentation. You will take charge in the manager's absence and assist with daily operations to keep the showroom running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service, handle orders, and process payments. Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure all client interactions are logged and tracked for a smooth sales journey.
* Team Management: Contribute to personal and team sales targets while collaborating with colleagues to share feedback, develop strategies, and achieve collective success. Assist in training new team members and developing their skills.
* Showroom Maintenance: Use your keen eye for detail to maintain showroom presentation to MCM House's high standards.

Requirements
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in design and furniture. Strong leadership skills to support and motivate a team. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or luxury goods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and strong sense of initiative.
