Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing 130-140 properties, leasing and trust account support, overseeing day-to-day property operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Leasing and trust account management
  • Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in property management
  • Real Estate Certificate required
  • Proficiency in Property Tree system
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
