Essential Qualifications and Skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated behavioral and leadership capacity and capability that aligns with organizational values.
- Experience in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating development programs, as well as effectively managing and developing individuals and teams.
