The role of Client Success Manager involves overseeing the management of sales and relationships with existing and new customers, technology partners, consultants, and end users in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Regional sales managers to develop the assigned sales territory for company products
- Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners
- Visit Customers/partners/consultants at their premises
- Manage forecasts and achieve quotas
- Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs
- Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants
- Coordinate customer, integrator, consultant training
- Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications
- Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition
- Min 5 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on technology or security solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering structured presentations with clear agendas, relevant case studies, and credible data points
- Ability to handle objections confidently and maintain audience engagement
- Familiarity with Challenger or consultative sales approaches is desirable
- Proven ability to present and position complex security solutions (SaaS, hybrid, on-premises) to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with access control, video surveillance, and cloud-based platforms in enterprise environments
- Understanding of integration/migration strategies from legacy systems and device compatibility
- Confidence in discussing local/regional compliance requirements and their impact on solution design
