Enterprise Systems Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on Workday. They will be responsible for championing our strategy, planning, architecture, design, and operations of our Workday suite of products.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strategy, focusing the broader Workday initiative across the business, and ensuring best-of-breed architectures and implementation patterns are applied throughout all modules and departments.

You will work closely with Finance, Technology, and People and Culture to drive continuous improvement and successful outcomes in all Workday-related activities, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the functional and technical owner of the Workday suite (including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem, aligning it with organisational objectives and enterprise architecture standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with at least 5 years focused on the Workday suite
  • Deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.) and integration technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services)
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture and ERP governance frameworks
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing a team of ERP functional or technical specialists
