Airmaster is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fire alarm services, including routine maintenance, testing, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular fire alarm system tests and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on fire alarm systems, including electrical work and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the installation of new fire alarm systems and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work completed, including testing and inspection results.
- Electrical Licence to conduct installation of 240v emergency lighting and fire panel power supply.
- Previous experience in the Fire industry is highly regarded, but training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to acquire a comprehensive understanding of AS1851 and provide clients with real-time resolutions.
- Willingness to work unsupervised in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and a professional appearance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases.
- Willingness to undergo a national police background check.
