Guest Room Attendant Job Description

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability across a 7 day roster.
  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired).
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential).
