Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the coordination and implementation of maintenance plans, work management, asset health, risk management, and budgeting for all works associated with the Ash Dam.

This role involves driving improvements, initiating future projects, and managing contractor performance in terms of safety, quality, scope, execution, and work closure.

The coordinator will also provide technical support and ensure material is available for planned activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute operational and capital budgets.
  • Implement and execute asset management strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of operational plans.
  • Ensure plant ownership, drive technical initiatives, promote continuous improvement, project management, and contract management.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A non-trade qualification (diploma level) with 6+ years of relevant power station, civil or heavy industry experience, or an Engineering or Project Management degree/trade qualification with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in thermal power station, civil or heavy industry maintenance, engineering, operations, safety, environmental systems, and warehousing functions.
  • A strong understanding and commitment to safe working principles in power stations, civil or heavy industry.
  • Expertise in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), especially in maintenance work management (WMS).
  • Civil, geotech or tailings dam experience.
