As a Beauty Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their beauty goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on new products and promotions, and driving sales through consultative selling.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills – develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients
- Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales
- Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn a new computer system
- Highly motivated and reliable
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities – Thrive in a team setting and able to work independently
- Passion for the Beauty Industry is a must have. Experience as a hairstylist, a nail technician, an esthetician or in beauty sales is considered an asset.
