Audiology Training Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring our Audiology team is supported by best-in-class training to drive performance and customer satisfaction. This includes:

  • Coordinating and coaching the Audiology Training Team
  • Delivering strategic targets and training hours across key areas
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training
  • Developing, updating, and tracking e-learning modules

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Audiologist, training experience is advantageous. They will be passionate about training and service excellence, knowledgeable about our Learning Management System (LMS), and able to develop creative storyboards. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, planning, coordination, and execution skills are also essential.
