We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Medical Scientist. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in the discovery and development of life-changing scientific innovations.
">- This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking CAR T cell program, including launching additional indications; a field-based role that will blend strategic leadership with hands-on field execution, offering a unique chance to shape the trajectory of cellular therapy.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of our therapies and leading scientific exchanges with the medical and scientific communities. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating the validation and setup of cell therapy sites and improving the standard of clinical care for patients living with cancer.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in haematology &/or cell therapy, functional experience in field medical affairs, and excellent written, verbal, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills. You will also possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize your workload.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Ensure the safe and appropriate use of Gilead therapies
- Lead scientific exchanges with the medical and scientific communities

Requirements:
">- Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred
- Therapeutic experience in haematology &/or cell therapy preferred
- Functional experience in field medical affairs required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry required
- Excellent written, verbal, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills required
