Retail Store Visual Merchandising Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a Retail Store Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our growing business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality point of sale displays that drive sales growth for leading brands.

As an autonomous and flexible individual, you will work closely with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, build, and maintain visually appealing point of sale displays in-store
  • Engage with stores to discuss additional promotional space for various products from leading brands
  • Report tasks and provide photos daily via our StoreTrack App

We are seeking individuals who can adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. While supermarket retail experience is desirable, it is not essential – we provide paid training to ensure success in this role.

Requirements:
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday (as minimum)

  • Superannuation: applicable rates apply
  • Kilometre reimbursement: $0.98 per kilometre
