Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage internal and external budgets, including Portfolio Budget Statements and internal management reporting.
  • Develop and monitor detailed operational and capital budgets, establish internal controls, and represent the department at internal and external meetings.
  • Provide advice and support on NPP costings and detailed costing justifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the department to drive initiatives to improve budget management policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Current TSPV Security Clearance (or previously held)
  • Experience in preparing Portfolio Budget Statements and managing budget data in FMIS and CBMS
  • Ability to provide advice and support on NPP costings and detailed costing justifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
