Transforming procurement assurance is a rare opportunity to shape the future of procurement at Transport for NSW. As Director Procurement Assurance & Compliance, you will lead the transformation of procurement processes and compliance frameworks.

You will identify gaps and design fit-for-purpose processes for robust procurement assurance frameworks with ongoing monitoring and reporting across all divisions. Your leadership will promote ethical standards in procurement, including measures to address modern slavery, fraud, corruption prevention, Indigenous procurement, and ESG performance.

As a key representative for Transport for NSW, you will provide leadership and oversight for governance-related initiatives. You will build, grow, and lead a team of procurement professionals to achieve agile and user-friendly procurement processes.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management best practices. They must have proven experience in leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks, risk assessment, and risk mitigation strategies within a large, complex organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
