Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Administrator to provide high-quality reception and billing support services to General Practitioners in a busy medical practice adjacent to the Emergency Department on a full-time permanent basis.
- The role involves undertaking administrative duties, including meeting patients, taking incoming calls, and booking patient appointments with efficiency and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and maintain patient records confidentially and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of patients for their medical services.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and banking tasks with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction with patients and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
