Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Melbourne. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the heart of our brand.
  • Provide high-quality service at every turn, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk and throughout the shop floor.
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.
  • Create welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand and guide customers through their journey with genuine assistance and proactive service.
  • Collaborate with your team to create moments that matter.
