Excavator Operator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled excavator operator to join our production crew. As an experienced operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the P&H 4100XPC Electric Rope Shovel.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, where you will be challenged to meet productivity targets while maintaining high safety standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly electric rope shovels. You will be required to conduct pre-start checks, report maintenance issues, and work closely with truck operators and spotters to maintain productivity.

  • Efficiently operate the shovel for single and double-side loading.
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve production targets.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Training Transcript or LMS record with proven experience.
  • A valid Standard 11 certification, Coal Board Medical, and Driver's License.
