We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Electrical Team. As an Electrical Sales Professional, you will have in-depth knowledge of life at home solutions and a strong desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

About You:

  • You have a passion for retail and are highly motivated with exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and are flexible across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a high level of Electrical product knowledge such as TV, Audio and other peripheral devices to support customer queries
  • Be able to provide excellent customer service while managing work tasks around their needs
  • Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem-solving
  • Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
  • Exceed individual sales targets through your passion and drive
