Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to lead the end-to-end management of delegate registrations for our conferences and experiences.

This pivotal role ensures a smooth and positive experience for delegates from sign-up through to their travel and stay, maintaining meticulous data accuracy and compliance with policies.

  • Delegate Management: Manage event databases, registration websites, and delegate communications. Coordinate flight changes, room blocks, and transfers. Assist with attendee communications and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Flight & Accommodation Logistics: Oversee delegate flight bookings, liaising with travel agencies and individual delegates. Coordinate delegate accommodation, negotiating group rates with hotels and managing rooming lists.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in developing budget allocations to support guest experience components.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event registration, travel coordination, or events.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Swoogo, EventsAIR, SMSBroadcast, Survey Monkey is beneficial.
