Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our team as a Women's Health Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialize in women's health and work in a private billing clinic near the city.
About the Role
The clinic is a one-stop location for patients and clinicians, providing accessible healthcare to communities and diverse career options to doctors. As a Women's Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, including nursing staff, a practice manager, and administrative and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to women, including contraception, IUD and Implanon insertion, pelvic pain and period management, pregnancy planning and fertility, and antenatal and postnatal care.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, building trust and confidence in their healthcare.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in women's health.
Requirements
- Vocational registration with the relevant medical board.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of women's health.
