We are seeking an analytical and proactive Category Assistant to help manage and grow our skincare range.
Job DescriptionThis is a dynamic opportunity for you to work alongside experienced professionals, learn the ropes of category management, and make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will support the day-to-day running of the category, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Analyse customer data to uncover insights that drive category strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Support the delivery of category initiatives from insights to procurement, inventory, store and online operations, through to stock resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and meet category targets.
- A foundational understanding of Category Management and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate them clearly.
- Confidence in data management – from maintaining accurate records to preparing insightful reports.
- A proactive mindset, with initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
