Requirements
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
  2. Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  3. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including rooms management, sales and marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and food and beverage services.
  4. Fluent in English; basic proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
