Cafe Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cafe manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our cafe, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Controlling inventory levels and managing supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the cafe
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
