About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Store Operations Manager.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including managing stock levels, overseeing customer service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

About You

  • You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
