Assistant Store Manager - rebel Carousel Pay: Competitive Location: Cannington/Wa Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Req#: MA69 E We're looking for a high-energy, resilient Assistant Store Manager to join our fast-paced rebel store.
You'll thrive juggling priorities, managing time effectively, and leading a diverse team of 40+ with hands-on leadership.
Visual merchandising experience is a bonus, but a sharp eye and willingness to learn go a long way.
You'll be supported by an experienced Store Manager who coaches and mentors, with no micromanagement.

Responsibilities Support the Store Manager to reach sales targets and operate smoothly.
Create a positive, engaging work environment.
Lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
Motivate and inspire your team.
Train staff, drive sales, and achieve results.
Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
