Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring seamless client service delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Private Wealth division, you'll work closely with our advisers to deliver an outstanding standard of service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess a strong attention to detail. If you're passionate about creating positive client experiences and building lasting relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day support to Financial Advisers, managing client administration and service delivery.
  • Coordinating and preparing documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs) and review packs.
  • Managing the implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Liaising with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Maintaining client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities to drive greater efficiency and consistency.
