Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Elite Financial Services Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to advisers regarding queries surrounding superannuation products.

You will be the first point of contact for a large and valued client base, handling all inbound queries in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with Advisers, identifying trends in queries, and recommending solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must have prior relevant experience within a financial planning or superannuation client services role. A relevant university degree is desirable, and RG 146 or DFP is highly desirable but not mandatory. You should also possess solid phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
