The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in conducting analysis and reporting across our companies, identifying key insights to drive decision-making, and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of month-end reporting, including the creation of the Finance Pack, and conduct detailed analysis to provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare weekly operational reports covering pipeline, closed-won deals, and retention metrics, and support the preparation and delivery of comprehensive budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and support various projects and initiatives aimed at process improvements within the business, and collaborate with our Centralised Data Management Team (CDMT) to maintain strong data foundations.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to provide insightful commentary and analysis on monthly cost centre reporting, highlighting key movements and items of note, and conduct meetings with Department Heads on a monthly or quarterly basis to present cost centre reports and discuss financial insights.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (CA/CPA is highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong Excel knowledge is essential
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/Netsuite/Power BI is highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, planning, and information presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Current full working rights in Ireland
