This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead employee relations across a multifaceted workforce. As a key HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the workplace culture, supporting leaders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources or legal affairs, with experience managing complex ER cases, conducting workplace investigations, and dispute resolution processes. They will also have comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
- Lead Employee Relations: Solve intricate challenges, conduct thorough workplace investigations, and ensure adherence to Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer strategic support and guidance to leaders through enterprise agreement interpretations, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Empower Leaders: Coach and mentor managers to foster high-performing, accountable teams.
- Drive Cultural Excellence: Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Optimize Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders to build and retain talent while achieving resource efficiency.
- Innovate Through Change: Implement impactful change programs and collaborate on company-wide P&C initiatives.
