Remote Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled horticultural professional to join our remote maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing site grounds and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance site grounds and gardens
  • Turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control, and watering the grounds
  • Maintain camp facilities in a serviceable and presentable condition, which includes all minor repairs
  • Refer to site job routines for daily duties
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • A collaborative individual with 12 months+ experience in managing multiple tasks in high-pressure settings
  • Ability to work extended shifts (11.5 hours) in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in general maintenance or a background in trades or labor is preferred
  • Familiarity with chemical handling is advantageous
  • Capability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Strong dedication to providing authentic and friendly customer service
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a 'can-do' spirit
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment occasionally for extended durations
  • Strong sense of personal appearance and hygiene
  • Top-notch safety-oriented mindset
  • Possession of a forklift certification is preferred
  • Mandatory Requirement - Manual Driver's License
  • Mandatory Requirement - Cert III Horticulture
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
