Senior Cybersecurity Incident Handler

The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Incident Handler to join our team and lead our incident response efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, responding to, and mitigating sophisticated threats to our networks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of security tools, including host-based antivirus, firewalls, and IDS/IPS. They will also possess relevant technical security certifications and have proven experience in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and technical skills for incident and service request resolution.
About YouWe are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate a solid customer orientation.
They will also have experience in handling advanced persistent threats and be competent in using internal and external ticketing systems for ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
