Our organization seeks a seasoned Store Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.

  3. Lead and direct staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.

  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.

  5. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and financial metrics.

  6. Manage financial operations, including budgeting and preparing reports.

  7. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.

  8. Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.

  9. Handle customer complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards.

  10. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace health and safety compliance.

Requirements

  • A minimum Diploma-level qualification in Retail Management or at least three years of relevant experience.

  • At least one year of relevant experience in a retail management discipline.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.

  • Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
