**Job Description**

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of store presentation and driving sales through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure that the store is visually appealing at all times
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maximise sales and reduce waste
  • Work closely with the stock allocator to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Liaise with the senior leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
