Job Overview

We are a consultancy that specialises in innovation engineering across Cyber Security, CloudOps and Software Testing.

This role is for an ETL tester on an insurance sector project.

Our tailored IT solutions help organisations optimise productivity, reduce costs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

A thorough understanding of ETL processes using SSIS or similar tools is essential.

Strong UAT, SIT and SQL querying skills are also highly desirable.

  • Gather requirements to analyse specifications, define testing strategies, and document build changes based on business needs.
  • Document test cases for business acceptance testing and record test execution results in test management software.
  • Test ETL, Big Data and data warehousing projects in cloud and on-premise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document testing artefacts and associated artifacts.
  • Perform data transformation testing on ingested data using SQL.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ETL testing experience.
  • Experience within the insurance sector is highly desirable (not essential).
