Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Data Warehouse / ETL testing.
  • Good experience with Match, Merge, and Survivorship rules.
  • Extensive experience in Manual Testing, Database Testing, ETL Testing. Understand the behavior of complex data warehousing and business intelligence solutions and apply that knowledge towards testing.
  • Exposure to all aspects of SDLC / STLC lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Contribute to a project's test strategy and test plan. Create and execute test scenarios by selecting the best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for testing.
  • Reporting of test status, execution and logging of bugs.
  • Experience in various phases of projects adhering to STLC, including Requirement Analysis, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Design, Test Data Creation (when needed using automation tools), Test Execution, Defect Logging and Test Closure (Reporting).
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Quality tools like IDQ.
