Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services that make a positive impact on the lives of our participants.

About the Job
  • You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assessments will involve evaluating participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
  • You will provide best practice evidence-based support services to increase participants' life skills and independence.
  • Conducting assessments and providing recommendations to adapt environments for participants will also be part of your role.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and eligibility for full registration with AHPRA are essential.
  • You must have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required, with reimbursement provided.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are also required.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach are expected.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement is essential.
