Occupational Therapist Graduate Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have recently completed their degree in Occupational Therapy and be eager to start their career in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role

This 12-month graduate program is designed to equip new Occupational Therapists with the skills, confidence, and supervision needed to succeed in their role. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy services to participants in homes, workplaces, schools, and communities
  • Apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and create innovative solutions
  • Build relationships with participants and their support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • The ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings
