Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Planning and Policy Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality wellbeing initiatives.

This is a full-time ongoing position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the community services triennial grant process, leading projects to improve community wellbeing outcomes, and developing health promotion initiatives that support our organisation's wellbeing plan.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve community wellbeing outcomes;
  • Lead project teams to deliver health promotion initiatives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish partnerships and manage multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members;
About the Role

This is a senior role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality reports and policies.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with external consultants and stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects with a health and wellbeing focus.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can contribute to our organisational goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a field such as public health, health promotion, or community development;
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality reports and policies;
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with external consultants and stakeholders;
  • Current driver's licence and satisfactory police check;
  • Working with children check.
