About the Position

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

Key Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of procedural fairness/natural justice principles.

  2. Proven experience providing advice on a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, industrial disputes, change management, and terminations in large, complex organisations.

  3. Competent knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 and the ability to become an expert in RMIT University's enterprise agreements and policies.

  4. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and people leaders.
